Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Private Practice Opportunity (Child/Adolescent Specialty)

Job Overview

Momentum Psychology is seeking a licensed doctoral-level psychologist to join the practice. This is a percentage-based arrangement, in which you maintain your own caseload and operate independently, with office space available on-site two days per week. Part-time and full-time arrangements are both welcome. The role is well-suited for a clinician looking to build or expand a practice within a collaborative, professionally aligned environment.

Responsibilities may include conducting diagnostic evaluations, providing individual therapy for children and/or adolescents, collaborating with caregivers, and coordinating with schools and other providers.

In addition to a flexible scheduling, Momentum Psychology provides full practice support—including EHR/telehealth platform, professional email, website and marketing, referral sources, administrative support, office space, clinical materials, and an optional consultation group.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited program
• Licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in New York State
• Specialization in child and/or adolescent populations
• Training and experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, PCIT, PMT, ACT, or DBT
• Experience with psychological testing and diagnostic assessment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Commitment to family-centered, evidence-based care

Momentum also engages in research and evaluation projects aimed at improving early childhood mental health systems and services. Led by Dr. Caroline Martin, a licensed clinical psychologist, Momentum prioritizes developmentally tailored, family-centered care while coordinating with schools, pediatricians, and other providers to support comprehensive and individualized outcomes.

Pay: $140.00 - $175.00 per hour
