We are seeking a professional Licensed Esthetician to join our team as an Independent Contractor specializing in facials, skincare services, and waxing.

Position Overview

The ideal esthetician is passionate about skincare, client education, and creating meaningful client relationships. This position is best suited for an individual who enjoys working independently while contributing positively to the overall experience and atmosphere of Anjera Onsen Spa.

As an Independent Contractor, you will manage your professional services, treatment supplies, and client care while helping maintain the welcoming and high-quality experience our clients expect.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and skincare services within the scope of licensure
• Perform facial and body waxing services
• Conduct thorough client consultations and treatment planning
• Educate clients regarding skincare, home care, and treatment recommendations
• Maintain professional communication and client relationships
• Maintain accurate client records and service documentation
• Uphold cleanliness, sanitation, and infection control standards
• Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled appointments
• Maintain an organized treatment space and professional appearance
• Contribute positively to the overall guest experience and spa environment
• Comply with all applicable Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) requirements

Preferred Experience

Experience in one or more of the following is appreciated:

• Customized Facials
• Facial Massage Techniques
• Brow Shaping
• Facial Waxing
• Body Waxing

Qualifications

• Active Texas Esthetician License
• Professional liability insurance
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated
• Passion for client education and long-term client relationships

Compensation

Independent Contractor Position

• Contractor compensation structure based on experience and mutually agreed-upon terms
• Spa provides professional treatment room and client booking support
• Contractor provides service-related supplies and equipment
• 100% of tips retained by contractor
• Flexible scheduling
