Licensed Esthetician

Spavia Pleasant Hill is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

​​✔Avg pay per 50-min facial: $48-$52​​ (includes gratuity)
✔Advanced services: Up to ​$66​ for 60–70 min treatments
✔Steady schedule with loyal guests & members
✔W-2 position – We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments​

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

• Service/ Duration/ Pay (incl. gratuity)
• Signature Facial/ 50 min/ $48-$52
• Advanced Facials & Treatments/ 40-60 min/ - $50–$65
• Ultimate Treatments/ 70 min/ $65-$75

​​✔ Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments
✔ Average specialist gratuity: ~20%
✔ Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs./week (80% scheduled) earn​ ~$60K​+ annually
✔ Extra pay from enhancements, waxing and retail sales​

Schedule & Benefits

• Part-time position
• Weekend/evening availability preferred
• 10-minute turnover between services
• Typical shift 5-6 hours: equivalent to four or five 60-minute facials

• Perform result driven skincare treatments with exceptional detail
• Recommend enhancements (such as microcurrent and dermaflash) & memberships to support guest wellness goals
• Keep your space clean, stocked, and ready
• Educate on at-home regimens; achieve approachable retail goals.
