Responsibilities

• Perform esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, and laser skin therapies with precision and care.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, provide consultations, and educate on post-treatment care.
• Manage client records accurately using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and document treatment details thoroughly.
• Promote additional services such as makeup application or aesthetic treatments to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques like esthetic laser treatments, and product knowledge to deliver cutting-edge services.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification in cosmetology or related fields.
• Knowledge of color theory, anatomy relevant to skin and facial structures, infection control practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients.
• Familiarity with EMR systems for managing medical records efficiently.
• Additional skills such as makeup application, hair threading, or esthetic laser treatments are highly desirable.
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety while delivering exceptional aesthetic results.

Pay: $25.00 - $44.00 per hour
