Responsibilities

• Perform full-body waxing services, including bikini, Brazilian, leg, arm, underarm, and facial waxing with precision and care.
• Deliver a range of skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser hair removal to meet diverse client needs.
• Conduct skin analysis to recommend appropriate treatments and product solutions tailored to individual skin types.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and adhere to health and safety standards to ensure a clean, safe environment for clients and staff.
• Utilize salon software systems like for appointment scheduling, client records management, and sales transactions.
• Engage clients through effective communication about treatment options, aftercare instructions, and product recommendations to enhance their experience.
• Promote retail sales of skincare products and aesthetic treatments by educating clients on benefits and usage.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques in esthetic laser treatments, hair threading, makeup application, nail care, tinting services, and other aesthetic procedures.

Experience

• Valid Esthetician license with state certification required; additional certifications in laser treatments or chemical peels are a plus.
• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in waxing services and skincare treatments.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to esthetic practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients about treatment options and skincare routines.
• Experience performing body waxing services including full-body options with attention to detail and client comfort.
• Ability to perform additional aesthetic services such as facials, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, tinting services, and chemical peels is highly desirable.

Pay: From $26.36 per hour
