Responsibilities

 

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via live chat in a clear and concise manner.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, services, and processes.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service procedures and standards.

Qualifications

 

  • Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally with a focus on live chat or written communication.
  • Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A professional and customer-focused attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
  • Proficiency with helpdesk software and CRM systems is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
