Pay

• $25–$30 per hour, based on experience and performance.

What You’ll Do

• Clean and prepare luxury vacation homes between guest stays.
• Work efficiently as part of a professional cleaning team.
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists to ensure every home meets our high standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or damaged items.
• Deliver consistent, hotel-quality results in every property.

Requirements

• Previous professional residential, vacation rental, or hotel cleaning experience is required.
• Reliable transportation to travel to homes throughout 30A.
• Must provide your own basic cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods.
