Job Overview

STP Ventures Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team in Wednesbury. This is a full-time position for a creative and strategic professional who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen our company's market presence and drive growth. The ideal candidate will be a skilled marketing strategist with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team, manage budgets, and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

* Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
* Conceive and execute innovative marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels.
* Conduct in-depth market research to identify new opportunities and analyse competitor activity.
* Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities deliver a strong return on investment.
* Oversee all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and content creation.
* Analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and report on key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications
