Medical Receptionist/ Integrative Wellness Clinic- Part time

About this position:

We are looking for a part time Executive Medical Receptionist to run our front office operations. This would include administrative duties, phone and face to face communication with patients, scheduling, onboarding new clients, take credit card payments for services and supplements provided and balance the accounting flow sheets each day. Must be local, reliable and have excellent customer communication skills.

The hours would be Tuesday- Thursday 9am - 5pm with one evening per month to assist with seminars that we sponsor and the ability to take calls from home for 1-2 hours on Mondays and Fridays.

We do NOT take insurance.

Our goal is to strengthen the whole person, improve resilience and quality of life, address modifiable factors that may influence health, and provide thoughtful complementary support throughout the cancer journey.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage (based on experience) Plus Monthly Bonus System
