Location: Saudi Arabia

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced MEP Project Manager to oversee Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works for construction projects across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all MEP activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, execution strategies, and progress tracking systems
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Review and approve MEP shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct site inspections and oversee installation quality and workmanship
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
• Prepare project reports and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders
• Manage project budgets, resources, and overall project performance
• Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards
• Lead, mentor, and supervise project engineers, supervisors, and site personnel
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline

Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in MEP project management within the construction industry
• Proven experience managing large scale commercial, residential, industrial, or infrastructure projects
• Strong experience handling project planning, execution, coordination, and delivery
• GCC experience preferred, particularly within Saudi Arabia

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
• Expertise in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project controls
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office
• Experience reviewing shop drawings, technical documents, and material submittals
• Knowledge of Saudi regulations, construction practices, and international standards

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Saudi Council of Engineers Registration
