Office Assistant – Research Specialist

We are looking for a smart and resourceful Virtual Assistant (VA) who is comfortable using computers, conducting online research, and finding accurate information efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research and gather relevant information.
  • Assist with lead generation and data collection.
  • Use search engines and online tools effectively.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
  • Support management with administrative and research-related tasks.
  • Organize and maintain digital records.

Requirements:

  • Strong computer and internet skills.
  • Excellent research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
  • Good written English communication skills.
  • Ability to verify information from reliable sources.
  • Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
  • Prior VA experience is a plus but not required.
