Job Purpose
To maintain cleanliness, provide office support services, and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
- Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
- Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office when required.
- Manage pantry supplies and inform the supervisor about replenishment needs.
- Ensure proper arrangement and cleanliness of office furniture and equipment.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.
- Receive and guide visitors courteously.
- Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
- Dispose of waste materials properly and maintain hygiene standards.
- Open and close office premises as instructed by management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Middle / Matric education.
- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Previous office support experience will be preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Time management and punctuality.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Honest, reliable, and hardworking.
- Basic understanding of office etiquette.
Pay: Rs38,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
