Photo Editor – Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are looking for a talented Photo Editor Photographer with a strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail. The role will support our creative and social media teams in producing polished, premium visual content across hospitality, lifestyle, F&B, real estate, events and corporate brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and retouch professional photography for social media, digital campaigns, websites, PR and marketing materials.
• Perform high-quality skin retouching, color correction, lighting enhancement and image clean-up while maintaining a natural look.
• Remove unwanted objects, distractions and imperfections from images.
• Enhance food, interiors, architecture, lifestyle and people photography.
• Create consistent color grading and visual treatments across campaigns and social media grids.
• Crop, resize and optimize images for Instagram, TikTok, websites, digital advertising and other platforms.
• Work closely with Creative Directors, designers, photographers and social media teams to achieve the required visual direction.
• Review shoot selections and identify the strongest images for editing and final delivery.
• Maintain organized image libraries, working files and final exports.
• Manage multiple brands and projects while meeting fast agency deadlines.
• Ensure all final images meet brand guidelines and quality standards.

Required Skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong expertise in professional photo retouching and color grading.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, skin tones, color and visual aesthetics.
• Experience editing luxury, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle or fashion photography is highly preferred.
• Ability to maintain a premium finish without images looking overly retouched.
• Strong attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted photo editing tools and current post-production techniques is an advantage.

Experience

• 3+ years of professional photo editing/retouching experience preferred.
• Agency, production house or photography studio experience is an advantage.
• A strong portfolio of before-and-after work is mandatory.
