We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to lead our rehab team as the Director of Rehabilitation in the Park Hills, Missouri area, supporting a dynamic therapy program that includes skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and outpatient services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a skilled therapy team
• Manage daily rehab operations and staffing
• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Support skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and outpatient therapy services
• Maintain excellence in care delivery and compliance
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, patients, and facility partners

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Active Missouri PTA license or eligibility
• Previous DOR or leadership experience preferred or strong interest in leadership
• Commitment to patient centered care and strong team culture
