Job Overview

CSP DEVELOPMENTS LTD is seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Hereford, United Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our development projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalising projects according to strict deadlines and within budgetary constraints. This involves acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities

* Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
* Effectively manage project budgets, resource allocation, and project timelines.
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project progression.
* Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimise project risks.
* Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, health and safety standards, and other legal requirements.
* Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular, detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
* Lead and motivate the project team, resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
* Manage all project-related documentation, including contracts, plans, and reports.

Qualifications

* Proven working experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the construction or property development sector.
* A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* Demonstrated leadership ability and strong problem-solving skills.
* A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desirable.
* A relevant professional qualification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) would be a significant advantage.
