The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
* Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
* Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope, ensuring project documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
* Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
* Effectively communicate project expectations and progress to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
* Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues as they arise.
* Manage the project budget, tracking expenditure and ensuring financial objectives are met.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
* Proven working experience as a Project Manager in a relevant sector.
* Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
* Strong leadership capabilities and experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
* Solid organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
* Proficiency in project management software tools.
* A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2).
* A professional qualification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner) is highly desirable.
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be an advantage.
