Property Consultant

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, prospecting, and marketing activities.
  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate market information, property valuations, and investment advice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, buyers, tenants, and investors.
  • Negotiate offers, contracts, and lease agreements to achieve successful transactions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property availability, pricing, and legal requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and administration teams to ensure effective property promotion.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.
