Key Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and detailed analysis.
- Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical development teams to ensure a shared understanding of project goals and requirements.
- Analyse data to provide insights that support business decisions and contribute to the development of health-focused initiatives.
- Model and document 'as-is' and 'to-be' business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Support the project lifecycle by assisting with testing, validating solutions against business requirements, and managing requirement changes.
- Communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and effective manner.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven commercial experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Demonstrable experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating comprehensive documentation.
- A self-motivated and disciplined individual, capable of working effectively in an independent, remote setting.
- Experience working within an Agile or Scrum development environment is highly desirable.
- A background in the healthcare, wellness, or technology sectors would be a significant advantage.
- A relevant degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
What We Offer
- A competitive hourly wage of $25.00 - $55.00 USD, dependent on experience and qualifications.
- The flexibility and convenience of a fully remote working arrangement.
- An opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven company making a tangible, positive impact on people's lives.
- A collaborative and supportive international team culture.
- Opportunities for continued professional growth and development.
