Summary:

Captured Luminescence is a leading company in the field of photography, specializing in capturing stunning images of natural and artificial light. We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-oriented Remote Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Princeton Meadows, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is a remote position, providing the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide general information to clients and visitors about our services and products
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar for our photographers
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Monitor and respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer service

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a receptionist or administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
- Experience in the photography industry is preferred but not required

Working Conditions:

This is a remote position, with the flexibility to work from home. The candidate must have a quiet and professional workspace. The working hours will be Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional weekend shifts during busy seasons.
