RIGGER

Job description:

We are looking for a skilled and safety-conscious Rigger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for lifting, transferring, and positioning heavy equipment and materials using cranes and other rigging equipment. Applicants must have a valid TESDA NC II in Rigging.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and secure loads for lifting operations.
• Select, inspect, and maintain rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, and hooks.
• Attach loads to cranes and ensure proper balance and stability.
• Assist and signal crane operators during lifting activities.
• Follow standard lifting procedures and safety regulations at all times.
• Conduct pre-use inspection of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members on lifting plans.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area.

Qualifications:

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must have valid TESDA NC II – Rigging Certificate (required).
• At least 1–2 year's experience as a Rigger in construction, shipyard, oil & gas, or industrial setting.
• Knowledgeable in load calculation and proper lifting techniques.
• With good communication and teamwork skills.

Requirements:

• TESDA NC II Certificate (Rigging)
• Training certificates (if any)
• Willing to work on-site and render overtime if needed
• Willing to relocated at Cabantian, Davao City
