About the role

Job Summary

A Robotics Trainer is responsible for teaching robotics, electronics, coding, AI, IoT, and STEM concepts to school students through hands-on learning. The trainer will conduct practical sessions, guide students in projects and competitions, maintain laboratory equipment, and foster innovation and problem-solving skills among students.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTraining & Teaching

  • Conduct Robotics, Electronics, Coding, AI, IoT, and STEM classes for students.
  • Deliver engaging practical sessions using robotics kits, microcontrollers, and sensors.
  • Explain technical concepts in a student-friendly manner.
  • Develop lesson plans and training materials aligned with school requirements.

Project Development

  • Guide students in building robotics and STEM projects.
  • Mentor students for science exhibitions, competitions, and innovation challenges.
  • Support students in project design, prototyping, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

STEM Lab Management

  • Maintain robotics kits, tools, components, and laboratory equipment.
  • Ensure proper inventory management of STEM lab materials.
  • Report damaged or missing equipment and coordinate replacements.
  • Maintain safety standards within the laboratory.

Technical Support

  • Assist students in coding using Arduino, Scratch, Python, and other relevant platforms.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues during training sessions.
  • Support installation and configuration of robotics hardware and software.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain attendance and training records.
  • Prepare progress reports for students and schools.
  • Document student projects and achievements.
  • Capture photos and videos of activities for reporting and promotional purposes.

Competition & Event Coordination

  • Train students for robotics competitions and hackathons.
  • Organize STEM workshops, innovation camps, and demonstrations.
  • Support school-level and inter-school robotics events.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM education.
  • Participate in internal training and skill development programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Robotics, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Physics (B.Sc.), Mathematics (B.Sc.), Electronics (B.Sc.), or any other relevant STEM discipline.
  • Freshers with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Prior teaching or training experience is an added advantage.

  • Certification in Robotics, Embedded Systems, or STEM Training.

Salary

  • Based on experience, technical skills, and educational qualifications.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
