Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team. This is a leadership position responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, coaching, and developing sales representatives while ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds company goals.

This is NOT a player-coach position. Your primary responsibility is building a winning sales team—not carrying your own sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire top sales talent.
• Develop and lead a structured onboarding and training program.
• Conduct daily sales meetings and weekly coaching sessions.
• Ride with sales representatives to provide field coaching and support.
• Monitor KPIs and hold the team accountable.
• Review JobNimbus pipeline to ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist with complex insurance claims and high-value sales opportunities.
• Improve closing ratios through coaching and leadership.
• Work closely with company leadership to achieve monthly revenue goals.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of roofing sales experience.
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred.
• Proven track record of success in roofing sales.
• Strong coaching and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Insurance restoration roofing sales experience.
• Storm restoration experience.
• Supplementing experience.
• JobNimbus experience.
• CompanyCam experience.
• EagleView experience.
• Xactimate knowledge.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
