Position Summary
Are you a natural networker who loves the thrill of closing deals? Nasbix Technologies is seeking Local Sales Officers in Karachi. This is a field-oriented, commission-based role with no upper ceiling on your earnings. You will work independently within your target areas in Karachi, identifying businesses that need website development, mobile apps, digital marketing, or custom software, and converting them into Nasbix clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Local Market Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients within Karachi (e.g., retail chains, local brands, startups, corporate offices, educational institutions, and healthcare clinics) that require digital transformation.
- Lead Generation & Sales Closures: Conduct field visits, cold calls, and direct outreach to decision-makers (CEOs, Business Owners, Marketing Directors) to present Nasbix’s IT services.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary local point of contact for clients, understanding their technical requirements and pitching tailored Nasbix solutions.
- Deal Negotiation: Handle initial pricing discussions, counter-proposals, and close deals in alignment with Nasbix’s service milestones.
- Reporting: Keep a clear record of daily client visits, pipeline leads, and conversion statuses to coordinate smoothly with the central management team.

Job Requirements
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Experienced professionals without a degree are highly encouraged to apply).
- Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2 years of sales experience—ideally in IT sales, software services, digital marketing, real estate, or B2B corporate sales within Karachi.
- Local Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Karachi’s commercial hubs (e.g., DHA, Clifton, I.I. Chundrigar, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Tariq Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal).
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and persuasive negotiation skills in Urdu (English proficiency is a major plus).
- A highly resilient, self-motivated attitude with a strong drive to hit targets.
- Logistics: Must possess a smartphone and a reliable personal vehicle (motorbike/car) for local commuting across the city.
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
