We're looking for sales representatives who understand the clinical environment and can have a credible, ROI-driven conversation with a clinic owner or practice manager.

If you have a background in phlebotomy, lab services, medical device sales, or healthcare operations — you already have the credibility to walk into these conversations and close.

• Fully live within approximately 3 weeks of signing

Clinic revenue potential: $100,000 to $2,000,000+ per year depending on specimen volume and test mix. High-complexity toxicology panels generate approximately $250 in profit per patient. That number is what opens doors.

Who We're Looking For

• Existing relationships with clinic owners, practice managers, or clinical staff — a significant advantage
• Comfortable with a consultative sales approach — you diagnose before you pitch
• Self-directed, commission-motivated, and process-oriented
• Able to explain basic lab economics clearly to a non-clinical business owner

Compensation

• 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor
• Recurring monthly commissions on every active account
• Entry pace: $10,000/month | Mid pace: $20,000/month | Top performers: $30,000+/month
• No cap on earnings
