What you'll own as our Expert AI Product Designer</b></p><p><br>
You own end-to-end design across our product and agentic experiences, from problem framing to shipped code.</p><p>
You design AI-native interactions: multi-modal interfaces, agent state, uncertainty, async workflows, and human-in-the-loop controls.</p><p>
You contribute to the design system, shaping components, patterns, and AI-specific conventions.</p><p>
You work with PMs and engineering to shape product and technical direction, not just design direction.</p><p>
You lead critique and mentor other designers.</p><p>
You collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to consistently drive design outcomes.</p><p><b><br>

8+ years of product design experience</p><p>
3+ years at Senior or Expert level</p><p>

Strong cross-functional instincts</p><p>
