<div>ZACHRY is currently seeking an experienced Industrial Journeyman Millwright at CHENIERE SABINE PASS, Cameron LA. No per diem offered. MUST HAVE TWIC &amp; CURRENT DRIVER LICENSE .
Position Summary
A Millwright will install, assemble, dismantle, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery to specifications. Millwrights use precision tools and processes to ensure that the machinery is installed and working correctly.
Qualification Highlights
<ul><li>Must have experience with industrial machinery installation, repair, and maintenance.
</li><li>Must know how to read blueprints, schematic drawings and engineering specifications and understand how to read and interpret technical manuals in order to determine work procedures
</li><li>Must have experience using industrial hand tools and power tools
</li><li>Must have all Journeyman Precision Millwright hand tools &ndash; see tool list attachment
</li><li>Minimum 4-5 years industrial construction/maintenance experience
</li><li>Minimum of 3 years Millwright experience in Power Generation Plants

</li></ul>Position Responsibilities
<ul><li>Works with industry-specific and high complex precision machines including but not limited to ball mills, ID fans, lube coil skids, turbines, conveyors, generators, hydraulic systems, pumps, gears, bearings, compressors etc.
</li><li>Will plan, inspect, verify and document scope of work
</li><li>Uses precision leveling and alignment tools in order to measure angles, material thickness and small distances with calipers, squares, micrometers, optical instruments and other tools.
</li><li>Will fit bearings, align gears and wheels, attach motors and connect belts according to manufacturer&rsquo;s blueprints and drawings
</li><li>Will dismantle machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools
</li><li>Assembles and installs equipment such as shafting, conveyors and tram rails
</li><li>Assembles machines and bolts, welds, rivets and fastens machinery to foundations or other structures using hand tools and power tools.
</li><li>Operates engine lathes, grinders and files.
</li><li>May construct foundations for machinery
</li><li>Fabricates and installs parts, equipment and machinery by measuring, cutting, drilling and/or welding
</li><li>Turns machine parts to dimensional specifications
</li><li>Will unload, inspect, move and set equipment into position using cranes, hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks
</li><li>Uses rigging and hoisting devices such as chokers, chain falls and come along to move equipment / materials into place
</li><li>Conducts preventative maintenance such as lubrication and fixing or repairing worn parts.

<ul><li>This position does not have any direct reports; however, the position will work closely with and oversee on occasion of helper and labor positions. The position will hold a positional and expertise authority of the helper and laborer positions.
</li></ul>Physical Requirements
<ul><li>Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of standing, walking, bending, squatting and lifting.
</li><li>Will talk and hear to communicate.
</li><li>Must have good dexterity with hands and fingers to perform the precision adjustments of machinery parts and controls.
</li><li>Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, pull: objects, materials, controls and tools.
</li><li>May be required to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
</li><li>Will occasionally work at heights, climb ladders and stairways and work off of platforms.

Job Summary: 
The Maintenance/Millwright position will provide support of preventative and failure based maintenance as required by the plant&rsquo;s needs. Installs and maintains machinery and equipment using hoists, lift trucks, hand tools and power tools. Physical Requirements:<ul><li>
Ability to move about or to a work site by ascending/descending stairs, bending, kneeling and prolonged periods of standing and sitting, stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting frequently</li><li>
Ability to operate equipment or machinery that may be located at different heights; may require work on ladders, scaffolding or other work at heights or in confined spaces</li><li>
Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis, up to 55 pounds on an occasional basis and up to 50 pounds overhead</li><li>
Requires ability and willingness to wear respirators</li><li>
Ability to walk up to two (2) miles during the course of a workday over uneven ground surfaces, and/or walking over Railroad tracks.</li></ul>
Working Conditions:<ul><li>
Ambient conditions &ndash; Work area is, typically, a non-air-conditioned production environment. Hot or cold Temperatures, all seasonal elements, both indoors and outdoors</li><li>
Atmosphere: Dust (Peanut - known allergen), cotton, canola seed, and odor</li><li>
Must be able to work around noise levels that may reach or exceed 85 decibels and require use of hearing protection for most of the work shift</li><li>
Company provided protective clothing required: Uniforms, hardhats, earplugs, safety glasses, hair restraints, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and safety harness may be required based on task performed; employees are required to wear all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) (i.e., hard-hats, safety glasses, earplugs, uniforms, and steel-toed boots) in addition to job specific PPE requirements. Employees in roles that require respirators will need to be clean shaven.</li></ul><div>

Installs machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints and other drawings in establishments.

RESPONSIBILITIES 
<ul><li>Reads and interprets blueprints, layout plans, vendor installation and operation manuals, and other schematic drawings to determine work procedures.</li><li>Dismantles machines using hammers, wrenches, crowbars and other hand tools.</li><li>Moves machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers and trucks.</li><li>Assembles and installs equipment, such as shaffing, conveyors and tram rails, using cranes, hand tools and power tools.</li><li>Constructs foundation for machines using hand tools and building materials, such as wood, cement and steel.</li><li>Aligns machines and equipment using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers and plumb bobs.</li><li>Must have knowledge of optical and laser alignments.</li><li>Assembles machines and bolts, welds, rivets or otherwise fastens them to foundation or other structures using hand tools and power tools.</li><li>May operate engine lathe to grind, file and turn machine parts to dimensional specifications.</li><li>May install robot and modify its program using teach pendant.
