The team
We are responsible for the design, modification and maintenance of the software solutions used to process receivables finance and supply chain finance deals. Our applications range from in-house developed channels, a modern integration layer, SaaS solutions and a couple of legacy applications. The integration layer is event-based and central to supporting digitalized customer journeys, enabling straight-through processing by connecting channels, backend services and other applications in our IT landscape.
You will lead a chapter of Dev engineers and DevOps engineers working across a couple of squads, as well as work as senior engineer. You and your chapter members must demonstrate the mature technical capabilities on the following areas:
<ul><li>Back-end and API development using Java SpringBoot.</li>
<li>Develop event-based integration components using Java SpringBoot, Kafka, Apache Camel, and Json.</li>
<li>Front-end development in JavaScript and Lit-Element (web components).</li>
<li>Test automation with Junit, Karate/Cucumber, Gherkin and Gatling.</li>
<li>Overall automations for distributed systems running cloud-natively.</li>

As IT Chapter Lead and Dev Engineer, you are a key player in the cooperation between engineers, customer journey experts, architects, business analysts and other stakeholders. Your main responsibilities in this position will involve:
<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of full stack engineers, providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise as needed.</li>
<li>Design, implement, and maintain robust IT solutions with a primary emphasis on reliability and security.</li>

Salesforce is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers &mdash; experienced Technical Builders who design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll work as part of a delivery team, partnering closely with a Deployment Strategist ( Strategic Builder - a customer-facing advisor who shapes AI strategy and drives adoption) to co-build solutions that go live in production environments from day one. Engagements range from a single large strategic customer to multiple accounts simultaneously. The common thread is real code, real environments, and measurable business impact. This work spans configuration, customisation, and full-stack deployment &mdash; shipping solutions customers depend on.

<ul><li>You have 3+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience, with at least one production system you'd be proud to walk us through - ideally in an AI tech stack, full-stack development, or working with frontier models

</li><li>You have prior customer-facing technical delivery experience (consulting, professional services, or forward deployed engineering) &mdash; this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have.

</li><li>You've been hands-on with LLMs and prompt engineering. You can explain why a prompt failed and what you'd change.

In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between business and IT, translating business needs into effective BI solutions using a variety of analysis and reporting tools. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand and leverage Landal&rsquo;s datasets, establish standards and templates, and promote best practices across the organization. 
 
Develop and maintain high-quality analytics data models, BI reports, and semantic layers that power data-driven decisions across Finance, Commerce, and Operations. The Analytics Engineer works hands-on in Databricks, DBT, and Power BI to translate raw data into reliable, well-documented assets contributing to our Customer 360 initiative, marketing attribution models, and cost-to-LTV analytics under the guidance of the Lead Analytics Engineer.
What will you do:
As a Analytics Engineer at Landal, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business and IT, helping our organization make data-informed decisions at both strategic and tactical levels.
In this role, you will:<div><ul><li>
Build and maintain DBT data models in Databricks, ensuring data quality, performance, and documentation standards are met.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
