Senior Accountant

What You'll be Doing:
- Lead monthly financial reviews and provide strategic insights to business owners
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in QuickBooks Online
- Assist clients with financial forecasting, decision analysis, and business strategy
- Oversee and mentor junior accountants to ensure quality and efficiency in bookkeeping, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable
- Support advanced payroll processes and human resources functions
- Coordinate with tax professionals to ensure smooth tax filings

- Required: 5+ years of accounting experience, Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- Preferred: CPA, CMA, MBA, or similar certification
