Senior Accountant

Bright Books, a company specialized in accounting and financial consulting services, is looking to hire:

2 Senior Accountants
To work fully remotely on a full-time basis.

Work Type:

• Full-time position.
• Fully remote work.
• Full commitment and availability are required.
• Working as part of an accounting team serving multiple clients.
• Daily follow-up with the Accounting Manager and management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and review daily accounting entries.
• Prepare bank reconciliations and review accounts.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for clients.
• Follow up on sales, purchases, expenses, and account balances.
• Handle accounting work for e-commerce businesses.
• Prepare data required for tax filings.
• Follow up on VAT and tax obligations in Saudi Arabia.
• Participate in the handover process from the previous accounting company or accounting team.
• Organize accounting files, documents, and data in a proper and structured manner.
• Coordinate with the Accounting Manager and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience as a Senior Accountant.
• Good experience in the e-commerce sector.
• Good knowledge of taxes in Saudi Arabia, especially VAT.
• Experience in preparing monthly financial reports.
• Experience in bank reconciliations and account reviews.
• Ability to handle multiple clients at the same time.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems.
• Experience in Odoo or similar ERP systems is preferred.
• Accuracy, commitment, and ability to work under pressure.
• Full-time availability is required.

Essential Requirement:

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, as English is very important for client communication, business correspondence, and reporting.

Pay: E£13,000.00 - E£17,000.00 per month
