Angel Technical Services LLC is a UAE-based specialist in GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete) and GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) solutions. We provide end-to-end services including engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, and project management for residential, commercial, and industrial developments across the UAE.

Position: Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to manage the company's financial operations and support project-based accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of UAE accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and issue customer invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Process supplier invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and company expenses.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Prepare payroll and employee expense reimbursements.
• Maintain VAT records and prepare VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations.
• Assist with audits and prepare supporting financial documentation.
• Monitor cash flow and provide regular financial updates to management.
• Coordinate with procurement, project, and operations teams to ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or technical services.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and accounting practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho Books, Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in GRC, GRP, construction, or contracting companies.
• Knowledge of project costing and contract accounting.
• Experience handling payroll, WPS, and supplier payment management.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CMA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.
