Senior Creative Designer

We’re looking for designers who turn messy problems into clear,

The role You’ll join projects across brand, product, service and AI. You’ll get to the heart of

a problem fast, then design and ship work that’s ready to use.

It’s a hands-on role. You’ll make, prototype and deliver — working on your own,

owning your projects, and making smart calls without waiting to be told. If you’d

What you’ll do Own your work

Take it from brief to finished — understand the problem, find the opportunity, and

ship work that’s ready to use.

Work across crafts

Brand, social, communications, websites, product, interfaces, services, design

systems, AI features, decks and prototypes — wherever you add the most.

Make it excellent

Polished, detailed work. Know when to explore and when to commit. Sweat the

type, layout and craft.

Think by making

Show, don’t tell. Sketch, prototype and build to make hard ideas easy to grasp.

Move on your own, communicate often

Manage your time, handle the unclear, and act without waiting for permission.

Own the wins and the mistakes.

Work well with others

Strategists, engineers, founders. Share early, give honest feedback, build together.

Design with AI Use AI across research, ideas, designing, prototyping and production. It speeds

you up — it doesn’t replace your taste or judgement. Use it well, and keep the

thinking yours.

Know your tools — Claude, Higgsfield, Figma, Adobe, AI platforms. The tools

matter less than how fast you learn and how good the work is.

Who you are You learn by making, and you’re very visual.

You move easily between brand, product, service and digital.

You don’t wait for a perfect brief — you get things moving.

You have taste, back it with reasons, and care about the small details.

What we’re looking for 5+ years in branding, product, service or visual design.

A strong portfolio — sharp thinking and excellent execution.

Solid fundamentals: type, layout, composition, interaction.

Work shipped across platforms and formats.

You work independently and own the result — in person or remote.

Clear, confident communication.

Comfortable in a startup — fast-moving and often unclear.

Curious — you pick up new tools quickly.

Also a plus

Both brand and product design.

Motion, film or creative coding.

Built AI-native products or workflows.

Writing, teaching, speaking or open source.
