Salon de Lucy is seeking an experienced, highly skilled Senior Hairstylist to join our growing luxury salon team located inside two of Los Angeles’ most prestigious hotels:

• Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills
• Four Seasons Hotel Los Angeles at Beverly Hills

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented stylist who excels in cutting, coloring, styling, and delivering an elevated guest experience. Our salons attract a sophisticated clientele, including hotel guests, executives, local residents, and high-profile individuals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 10+ years of professional salon experience preferred
• Strong expertise in haircutting, color, blowouts, and styling
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor
• Comfortable working with luxury clientele and high-profile guests
• Excellent consultation and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Existing clientele is a plus, but not required
• California Cosmetology License required

Important Opportunity

While we cannot guarantee a specific number of walk-in guests, our salons regularly receive requests from hotel guests seeking immediate service. Stylists who maintain greater availability and visibility within the salon naturally tend to receive more guest referrals and opportunities to build lasting client relationships.

This position is ideal for a stylist looking to expand their business, grow their clientele, and establish themselves within a luxury hotel environment.

Compensation

1099 Independent Contractor

Compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.
