Key Responsibilities:

Pharmaceutical Operations Leadership:
Oversee daily pharmaceutical and healthcare operations including inventory management, distribution coordination, supply chain activities, and operational performance monitoring.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, pharmaceutical standards, safety procedures, and company operational policies across all operational activities.

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor operations teams, warehouse supervisors, and healthcare support personnel. Conduct performance reviews and support staff development initiatives.

Process Optimization:
Develop and implement operational strategies that improve workflow efficiency, reduce operational risks, and strengthen service delivery standards.

Supply Chain Coordination:
Manage relationships with suppliers, healthcare partners, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely pharmaceutical distribution.

Performance Monitoring:
Track operational KPIs, inventory performance, service quality metrics, and reporting systems to support data-driven operational improvements.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with executive leadership, healthcare providers, regulatory teams, and external partners to support operational objectives and business expansion.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical operations, healthcare supply chain management, or medical distribution services, including at least 1-2 years in a senior leadership role.

Leadership Skills:
Strong experience managing healthcare operations teams, coordinating pharmaceutical workflows, and maintaining operational efficiency within regulated environments.

Operational Knowledge:
Deep understanding of pharmaceutical operations, healthcare compliance standards, inventory management systems, and healthcare supply chain procedures.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in operational management systems, inventory tracking platforms, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required for operational coordination, reporting, and stakeholder management. Additional language skills are considered an advantage.

Mindset:
You are analytical, organized, and solution-oriented. You understand how to balance operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and service quality while leading teams in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR21,000.00 per month
