As we scale our regional engineering hub here, we are seeking a visionary, high-caliber Senior Software Engineer who loves writing clean code, mentoring bright minds, and architecting systems that can scale infinitely.

The Role: What You’ll Do

As our Senior Software Engineer, you will be a technical anchor for our core engineering team. You will spend your days turning complex business requirements into elegant, high-performance software while driving the technical direction of our flagship products.

• Architect & Code: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure web applications and microservices.
• Set the Standard: Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Lead by example by championing code quality, robust testing, and best architectural practices.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor mid-level and junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Own the Lifecycle: Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and DevOps to take features from a whiteboard sketch all the way to production.
• Innovate: Continually evaluate modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies to optimize performance and reduce technical debt.

What We’re Looking For (Requirements)

• The Experience: 6+ years of professional software development experience, with a proven track record of shipping production-ready enterprise applications.
• The Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or Go) AND/OR modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• The Ecosystem: Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, relational/non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis), and cloud environments (AWS or Azure).
• The Engineering Mindset: Strong grasp of OOP principles, data structures, algorithms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• The Location: Ability to work full-time based out of our Ras Al Khaimah office.
