About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Consultant

– ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) to join our team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate will lead the technical design, configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Business Continuity Management (BCM) solutions while ensuring scalability, performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.This role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow IRM/GRC, BCM, platform architecture, integrations, workflow automation, and technical leadership, with experience delivering enterprise or government implementations.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & Design- Translate business and functional BCM requirements into scalable technical solutions.- Design and implement ServiceNow BCM solutions following platform best practices.Lead technical solution design for:Business Impact Analysis (BIA)Business Continuity Plans (BCP)Crisis ManagementRecovery ManagementTesting & Exercise ManagementOperational ResilienceConfiguration & DevelopmentConfigure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules.Develop and maintain:Flow Designer workflowsBusiness RulesClient ScriptsScript IncludesUI PoliciesNotificationsCatalog Items

- Develop custom solutions where business requirements cannot be met using out-of-the-box capabilities.IntegrationsDesign and implement integrations using:REST APIsSOAP APIsIntegration HubMID ServerIntegrate ServiceNow BCM with:CMDBITSMITOMThird-party Risk Management solutions- Disaster Recovery and Monitoring platforms- Platform Administration & Performance

- Support platform administration, configuration, and environment management.- Perform platform performance tuning and optimization.- Implement secure platform configurations aligned with organizational security standards.Technical Leadership

- Review solution designs and code quality.- Mentor technical consultants and development teams.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards and governance.Testing & Deployment- Lead unit testing and system integration testing.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and production deployments.- Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-production hypercare.- Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing platform support.
