Server Assistant/Busser

Hours of Employment

- Shifts typically last between 2.5 - 3.5 hours
- Monday through Thursday: 5:45pm Start Time
- Fridays and Saturdays: 5:15pm Start Time
- End time typically falls between 8:15pm-9:15pm. End time is determined by how busy it is on a night-to-night basis and is NOT a pre-set time.

Summary of Server Assistant / Busser Responsibilities:

- Clear, clean, and reset dirty tables

- Refill water glasses for customers

- Bring completed food orders out to customers in the bar and dining rooms

- Keep the server's prep areas clean and stocked

- Complete small tasks for servers as requested (scooping ice cream, garnishing soup bowls, etc.)

Server Assistant / Busser Qualifications:

- Attention to detail when cleaning and completing tasks

- Able to lift at least 25lbs

- Works with speed and a sense of urgency

- Can communicate effectively with fellow bussers / staff members

- Friendly and hospitable towards customers

- Willingness to learn about the menu

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
