• 12+ years in software engineering/platform architecture
• 5+ years leading engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems, fault-tolerant production systems, and cloud platforms.
• Strong experience with real-time systems and scalable fleet orchestration.
• Experience with telemetry ingestion and real-time data processing.
