# Software Development Engineer (SDE) – Full Stack & AI

## Role Overview

As a *Software Development Engineer (SDE)*, you will be a core part of our engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and AI-powered solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in the *MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)* along with experience in *Next.js, Supabase, and a solid foundation in Computer Science concepts such as **Data Structures, Algorithms, System Design, Databases, and Object-Oriented Programming*.

You should also have a good understanding of *Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, LLMs, and AI API integration*, with the ability to integrate AI capabilities into web applications and business workflows.

## Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack web applications using *MERN and Next.js*.

* Develop and integrate *AI-powered features* into web applications and business solutions.

* Work with *Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, and AI-based automation*.

* Integrate AI models and third-party AI services such as *OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar APIs* into applications.

* Build AI-enabled features such as *chatbots, document processing, intelligent search, content generation, data extraction, recommendations, and workflow automation*.

* Develop and integrate *RESTful APIs* and third-party services.

* Work with databases and design efficient, scalable data models.

* Familiarity with *DevOps tools and deployment*, including Docker, GCP, Hostinger, AWS and CI/CD pipelines.

* Write clean, maintainable, secure, and scalable code following industry best practices.

* Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.

* Participate in *code reviews, technical discussions, architecture decisions, and problem-solving sessions*.

* Maintain proper documentation for features, codebase, APIs, and system architecture.

* Stay updated with the latest developments in *web technologies, AI, Generative AI, and software engineering practices*.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* *4–6 years of hands-on experience* as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.

* Strong command of the *MERN stack – MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js*.

* Experience with *Next.js, supabase* for building modern, scalable web applications.

* Solid understanding of core Computer Science concepts:

* Data Structures and Algorithms

* Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)

* System Design

* Databases and Database Design

* Software Architecture

* Good understanding of *AI and Generative AI concepts*.

* Familiarity with *LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, and AI-based application development*.

* Experience integrating AI services/APIs into web applications is preferred.

* Understanding of *RESTful APIs* and third-party service integrations.

* Good knowledge of *Git/GitHub and version control systems*.

* Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

* Ability to understand existing codebases and independently develop new features.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

## Nice to Have

* Experience working with *OpenAI, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, or other LLM APIs*.

* Knowledge of *RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search*.

* Experience building *AI agents or AI-powered automation/workflows*.

* Exposure to *LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI development frameworks*.

* Exposure to *microservices architecture*.

* Understanding of *SEO and web performance optimization*.

* Experience with *Unit Testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD)*.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
