Sr. Manager, US Client Acquisition & Growth

About the role

Talisman Solutions is pivoting to an aggressive, scalable growth model. We are a fully AI-driven sales and marketing organization, meaning you won't be bogged down by manual prospecting. You will leverage a cutting-edge AI stack to eliminate grunt work, allowing you to focus on high-level strategy, US stakeholder engagement, and closing. By working alongside elite talent, this role is designed to take your career to the next level-transitioning you from a senior manager to a foundational leader in our global expansion.

What You Will Own

  • Direct US Acquisition: Run the full sales cycle independently. You will engage US decision-makers, run discovery, develop commercial solutions, negotiate, and close.
  • RFP & Solution Selling: Analyze complex procurement opportunities and competitively position our AWS, SaaS, IT, and RCM/BPO services to win against larger incumbents.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and structure recurring-volume, white-label agreements with larger US tech vendors and platforms that lack our delivery capacity.
  • AI Growth Experiments: Direct our automated outbound campaigns, quickly scaling successful messaging while decisively killing experiments that fail to convert.

Qualifications & Milestones

  • The Profile: 7+ years of experience with a proven track record of personally closing end-to-end B2B service deals with senior US stakeholders (not just supporting the closer).
  • Domain Agility: Comfortable selling a service rather than an off-the-shelf product, with a strong understanding of cloud solutions, AWS, or adjacent outsourcing.
  • First 90 Days: Define your ICP, launch your AI-driven outbound motion, and secure 8-12 qualified opportunities in the pipeline.
  • Month 12: Hit target net-new annual contract value (ACV), establish a predictable pipeline, and present the business case for your first team hire.

What this role is not

  • It isn't an inside sales seat with a dialer and a script.
  • It isn't account management on existing clients. Delivery owns those relationships once you've handed over.
  • It isn't a strategy role. For the first six months, you're writing the emails and taking the calls yourself.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Commuter assistance
  • Health insurance
  • Paid sick time
  • Provident Fund
  • Work from home

Application Question(s):

  • Name one US company you'd target in your first month and why.
  • Describe one complex deal you closed (value, cycle length, and the moment it nearly died).
  • What do you need us to fix in your first 60 days to make you effective?
