Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Tours Consultant (Inbound) located in Manama. The consultant will be responsible for creating customized travel itineraries, coordinating inbound tours, liaising with clients and service providers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include travel consulting, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining updated knowledge of travel and tourism offerings to provide the best options for clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Guided Tours, Travel Consulting, and Travel & Tourism
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to manage client interactions effectively and build strong relationships
• Knowledge of regional and global travel destinations and trends
• Proficiency in using travel management software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is beneficial
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
