- Support the operation, maintenance, and integration of telecommunication systems utilized within Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) solutions.
- Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize telecommunication equipment and communication infrastructure used for meter data transmission.
- Investigate telecom failures, connectivity issues, communication outages, and suspected tampering incidents, and prepare comprehensive technical reports, including root cause analysis and recommended corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports covering resource deployment, work status, completed activities, pending issues, and overall project performance in accordance with contract requirements.
- Provide advanced technical support during the installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication and AMI communication systems.
- Ensure compliance with ISO standards, corporate risk management policies, information security requirements, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to junior engineers, technicians, and field personnel to support continuous capability development.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management to support departmental and organizational objectives.
