Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

You won't be assigned fixed shifts or a set schedule — this is a full time, 5-day a week role. You build the schedule that lets you actually give your patients the time they need.

You won't need to find or bring your own patients — we match you with a full panel. What you do with that panel — the relationships you build and the impact you make — is what this role is really about.

We also believe in developing our own leaders. Providers who are strong clinical examples and choose to grow into coaching others have a real path to advancement here.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

What we're looking for:

• Active Colorado NP license
• DEA (or ability to obtain and maintain one)
• Comfort with self-directed schedule and full-time patient panel responsibility
• Colorado residency (required)
