Telesales Executive ( FEMALE + HINDI SPEAKER ONLY )

We are looking for a confident, energetic, and results-driven Telesales Executive with excellent Hindi communication skills to join our growing team.

The role includes realistic sales targets and performance expectations. Salary is combined with commission and incentives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact potential clients through outbound calls, WhatsApp, and follow-up calls
• Provide detailed information about immigration services, work permits, and residency programs
• Understand the client’s profile and suggest suitable immigration options
• Convert inquiries into booked consultation appointments
• Maintain daily call records and lead updates
• Follow up with interested clients and nurture leads until conversion
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Maintain a professional and positive relationship with clients
• Fluent in Hindi (spoken and written)

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary starting from AED 3,500
• Attractive commission structure

Job Details

• Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or call center is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM software)
• Professional, goal-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
