Job Description

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking a Tier 1 Tech Support Help Desk person for a long term contract position. Work will be onsite in the far Northwest part of the Phoenix, AZ metro area. Pay is $18 - $19/hr.

Candidate will be providing Tier 1 Tech Support to internal and external end users and will be managing the Technical Support e-mail inbox. Candidate must have previous call center tech support experience. Preferred candidate will have technical writing experience and/or experience supporting Google Suite. Exceptional attendance is a must.

Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix metro area, be able to start with 2 weeks’ notice, and be able to pass relevant background check.
