TMS and Spravato Patient Advocate

Position Overview
We are seeking a FULLY REMOTE Patient Advocate to serve as the first point of contact for our patients and prospective clients. In this phone triage role, you will ensure that every caller feels heard, supported, and guided toward the appropriate next steps in their care journey. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, organized, and experienced in handling sensitive conversations related to mental health.

Schedule:

Monday: 8am-5pm Eastern Standard Time

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and triage incoming phone calls with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
• Assess each caller’s needs and direct them to the appropriate Intake Coordinator or team member
• Provide accurate information about our mental health services, including TMS and Spravato
• Maintain professionalism and compassion when engaging with individuals experiencing emotional distress
• Ensure all call details and messages are documented accurately in our system
• Collaborate with the Intake and Clinical teams to support a seamless onboarding experience for new patients
• Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all privacy regulations

Qualifications

• Experience in with TMS (transcranial magnetic stimulation) and Spravato (esketamine)
• Experience in a mental health, behavioral health, or medical office setting strongly preferred
• Knowledge of mental health best practices for communicating with patients in crisis or distress
• Excellent communication and active listening skills
• Strong ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress or emotional situations
• Proficiency with scheduling or EMR systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or training in psychology, social work, or healthcare administration preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
