Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing the scheduling and dispatching of deliveries, drivers, and vehicles to ensure timely and efficient operations. The role involves maintaining communication with drivers, tracking shipments, resolving any logistical challenges, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Additionally, the Dispatcher will assist with reporting and updating databases to keep operations running smoothly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience with semi trucks preferrably Reefer and Dry Vans.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to maintain contact with drivers, customers, and team members
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in using dispatch software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment

Job Location: On-site ( Aibak Block, New Garden Town, Lahore)

Salary: Market competitive and based on experience

Job Timings: 4:30 pm - 1:30 AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
