Responsibilities

• Provide engaging one-on-one and small-group tutoring sessions (in person and online).
• Develop individualized lesson plans tailored to each student’s goals and learning style.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction to maximize academic growth.
• Prepare students for academic success, enrichment programs, and standardized assessments.
• Foster a positive, encouraging learning environment that builds confidence and independence.
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress.
• Keep accurate attendance and progress records.
• Collaborate with our educational team to deliver high-quality instruction.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about education and genuinely enjoys working with children.
• Is dependable, proactive, organized, and professional.
• Believes every child can succeed with the right support.
• Communicates effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Is comfortable teaching both in person and online.
• Has previous tutoring or teaching experience (preferred).

Pay: $23.00 - $31.00 per hour
