Location: Ventura, CA
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Monday – Friday
8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We are currently seeking a professional and dependable Unarmed Security Guard for a full-time position in Ventura, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Requirements:

• Valid California Guard Card (Required)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Must report to work on time and wear the proper uniform at all times
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to patrol assigned areas as needed
• Ability to complete accurate and detailed DARs (Daily Activity Reports)
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, dispatch, and management when needed
• Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented

Job Duties:

• Patrol the assigned property and maintain a visible security presence
• Monitor for suspicious activity and safety concerns
• Complete detailed and accurate DARs (Daily Activity Reports) and incident reports
• Communicate with clients, dispatch, and management as needed
• Enforce site policies and procedures professionally
• Provide excellent customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff
• Maintain professionalism and situational awareness at all times
