Responsibilities

• Engage with members to understand their banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Open new accounts for members, including checking, savings, and loan products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Educate members on bank products, services, and promotions that best meet their needs.
• Assist members with online and mobile banking inquiries and transactions.
• Resolve member issues and complaints effectively while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve branch sales goals and foster a supportive environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s License
• Previous experience in banking or member service is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and support diverse members.

Starting pay is $16 per hour.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
