Position Details

• Job Title: Customer Sales Representative
• Location: Garden Town, Lahore (On-Site)
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
• Salary: PKR 55,000 – PKR 100,000
• Joining: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries from USA-based clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Convert inquiries into successful sales opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
• Maintain customer records and follow-up activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance goals.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates with outstanding English communication are encouraged to apply.
